Working with Innovant's NEO Trading Desk system, the project specified Atdec's AWMS-2-D40 dual dynamic monitor arm with silver finish throughout. The trading desks feature integrated rails for mounting accessories; Atdec designed and manufactures specialist rail clamps for Innovant's desking platform, demonstrating the technical partnership capability furniture OEMs require when serving specialist vertical markets.
Multi-monitor performance for trading operations
Trading floor requirements differ substantially from conventional office environments. IEX traders monitor market data, order flow, and execution across multiple displays simultaneously; inadequate monitor positioning degrades both decision speed and physical comfort during extended trading sessions. AWMS-2-D40 delivers three-dimensional dynamic movement allowing traders to position each display at proper focal distances and viewing angles regardless of the data they're viewing.
Each arm supports monitors to 17.6lb or 8kg, accommodating the display sizes common in financial operations while maintaining smooth fingertip adjustment.
